Tips For Great Skin

So let’s be honest, not all of us have the fortitude to consume 8 cups of water a day & have a healthy diet as we are told too. You are what you eat and your skin reflects that. Luckily, there are other ways to also maintain a beautiful and healthy glow! I’m here to give you a few tips for better looking skin.

1.Sun Care

The sun is not always fun. Sun exposure can cause wrinkles, sun-spots, and increase the chance of skin cancer. It is important to use sunscreen on a daily basis. I like to use our Brightening Cream for the face since it has SPF Before applying my makeup every morning. This product is light on my skin and gives me the protection I need while brightening my skin's complection.

2.Skin Care Routine

Love your face! We all have different skin problems that need special attention. Using a set of products that work together for the skin is important to stabilize any unwanted effects such as excess oils or excessive dryness.

3.Treat your skin gently

Be nice to your skin! Pat dry after showering so moisture remains on your skin. After you pat dry make sure to moisturize with lotion or sunscreen for outdoor activities. Mix the Beauty Gel with Hyaluronic Acid Serum for maximum Hydration. If you are extra dry, replace the Serum with Aloe Vera.

Shave carefully! Your skin needs lubrication and protection before shaving. Shaving cream or gel is important to refrain from damage.

4.Manage Stress

Uncontrolled stress causes breakouts! To encourage healthy skin one must limit the amount of stress by setting boundaries and participating in enjoyable activities.
